One is best described by the company he keeps, and their descriptions of him, rather than the self-absorbed banter of one's own words. Ask my friends and they will tell you of the person I am.

Tutorial sites can eat a dick...

Wherever I go for photoshop tutorials on the internet as of late, I see this fabulous tutorial and think to myself, "Wow, that would be a useful skill to add to my arsenal!" I then go to the tutorial and 90% of the work is in Cinema 4D, then touched up in illustrator, before being finalized in photoshop.

That's a Cinema 4D tutorial.

I am all for a touch of illustrator. Illustrator is the left hand compliment to a photoshop artist's right, it is to be expected to be used on occasion to provide support and vice versa. Yet if it exceeds about 1/3 Illustrator, that's not a photoshop tutorial anymore, that is a mixed application tutorial.

So when I see a tutorial that is making a vector in Illustrator and then almost all the work but a couple filters are in Cinema 4D, I get pretty livid. Cinema 4D is an entirely different breed of application and its near sole use does not a Photoshop tutorial make!

So its transmutation?

I havnt touched upon this topic in a while.

Grabbed a few favs for the sake of rememberance.

Ill have to dig out a few. Ive never tried to use them but drawing them was always fun. Three intiger air, water, fire combination. It looked very nice, and the arrays i used balanced perfectly.

Woah!
Really cool transmutation circles!!
Are those based in Fullmetal Alchemist, or something else?
:iconexxos:
A mix of actual transmutation/alchemical circles and fantasy elements.

I would be most appreciative if anyone would care to look over and comment my art. Which is kind of a passive-aggressive way of saying, "Look at my art! Go! Go there now! I need attention!" (;^_^)
