I have been looking all over for years and can't figure out who he is! I even went as far as to look over every 234 x 300, black and white, jpeg on google image search to no avail!

One of the players in my RPG decided to use this as his character picture and we are moving to a full color format on top of it never truly fitting his character (by way of clothing/glasses), so I need to know who he is so we can find more pics of him and hopefully find the perfect pic!

Please help! I will make you things to make it up to you if you so demand!
